This notice explains what happens to the data you send us through this website.
Who is responsible
Exarkode, reachable at solutions@exarkode.com. Write to that address with any question about your data.
What we collect
What you type in the contact form: name, email, optional phone, business name, the solution you are interested in and your message. We also process your IP address briefly to limit abuse of the forms; we do not store it with your request.
Why we use it
To answer your request and, if you ask for it, to arrange a consultation call. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending the form.
Who else handles it
Providers that help us run the website: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (the database where requests are stored), Google (email) and Calendly (scheduling, if you book a call; its own privacy notice applies there). Messages you type in the AI assistant are sent to Anthropic to produce the answer, so please do not write personal data in that chat.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you and follow up on your request. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, to object to its use or to withdraw your consent by writing to solutions@exarkode.com. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).
